We have a state-of-the-art facility with precleaners, aspirators, fine cleaners, gravity separators, destoners, suction blowers, sorting machines and dryers to clean, grade and pack grains of high purity. This set-up enables the farm grade material to be cleaned with perfection.
After years of research we have developed the technology of using a safe method to treat the grains and to prevent infestation. No chemicals are used for fumigating the grains and spices, which makes 24 Mantra Organic products even more safe and pure.
Our whole wheat flour is stone grounded as in a traditional chakki mill. This traditional method ensures that the natural balance of bran, germ and endosperm is kept intact in the flour. Hence it retains the maximum fiber content in comparison to other whole wheat flour in the market.
We process organic fruits into aseptically packed pulps, purees and juices at audited and certified facilities with world class equipment. The facility is certified for aseptic pulp lines and has the capacity to process and pack 10 MT/ hour.
Facility is certified for Kosher, ISO:22000 and FSSAI. It comes with a well equipped lab and trained technicians to continuously monitor, evaluate and process the product.
The pulp and puree of several tropical fruits like mango (Alphonso, Totapuri, Kesar), guava (white, pink), pineapple, papaya (red, yellow) and banana are processed and packed. The facility can also produce NFC juices, concentrated juices and clarified purees.
We also produce dehydrated fruits and vegetables, which is one of the oldest and effective methods of food preservation. It removes the moisture from products completely and makes the food items smaller and lighter.
Our canning process involves placing the food in jars or similar containers and heating them to a certain temperature. This destroys microorganisms which may lead to food spoilage. We follow this practice for all kinds of canned goods.

Sresta processes IQF in facilities certified for BRC-Global Standard Food Safety. Sresta processes organic IQF mango slices, papaya cubes, pomegranate kernels, banana slices and vegetables.
